Have fun and get fitter with Zumba!

Improving your health, losing weight, getting rid of stress and having fun are just some benefits of practising Zumba. This sport, which has become a worldwide fever and is described as a lifestyle (a healthy one of course) owes its success to the combination of fitness and dance, which allows people to share a few laughs. Music styles vary from Reggaeton, Cumbia, Bachata or even Indian and Caribbean rhythms.

Zumba is now a registered brand, originated in 2001 by Beto Pérez who at the early age of 16 was already teaching aerobics. One day he forgot the class music and got a tape from his car and improvised his class. This funny accident boosted a worldwide phenomenon, which is now practiced by 15 million people on a weekly basis from 200.000 different places around 180 countries.
