• Macnas tightlight procession: Macnas spirits will take over Dublin´s streets through impressive parades along 3 different routes. Take your position along with your family at 5:30 on 26th of October.
• Stokerland: the gothic theme park will open its doors on the 25th for a day of macabre thrills where you can show off your fancy costume while watching the Mighty Gareth and Able Mabel performance.
31st of October is widely known in the Western world as the day when the spirits of the dead dwell amongst the living again and haunt the streets. Pumpkins, witches, skeletons, bats, black cats; any scary costume is good enough to dress you up in this symbolic day as a protection from the spirits. It is popular for children to trick-or-treat while visiting the homes around the neighbourhood. This means that they will ring your bell and ask you for sweets or snacks and if you refuse to give it to them they will play a nasty joke to you. So make sure to have enough sweet supplies if you don´t want to become the victim of children´s mischief!
